HR would like to confirm that Ted’s participation in Tedtrist™ is fully voluntary, subject to the terms of his employment agreement, his 2023 performance improvement plan, and the Inclement Weather Policy (Section 7, amended).
HR would also like to remind all employees that the SQUISHES metric is a company-wide KPI and will appear on Q2 performance reviews. Employees who score below three SQUISHES may be scheduled for a coaching conversation. Employees who score LEGENDARY will receive a certificate. Ted will present the certificate. Ted has already printed several.
